Key Technical Highlights

  • PZT-4 and PZT-8 piezoelectric ceramics with a grain size of 2 μm are designed for high-power ultrasonic applications.
  • Low-density, low acoustic impedance PZT-4 and PZT-5 series are optimized for high-sensitivity sensor applications.
  • PZT-4 sintered at 880°C and PZT-5 sintered at 920°C can significantly reduce the palladium usage in multilayer actuator electrodes, thereby lowering manufacturing cost.
  • Our ultrasonic water meter sensor achieves a signal amplitude of over 1200 mV at 3.3 V driving voltage.
  • Our ultrasonic gas meter sensor achieves a signal amplitude of over 80 mV at 3.3 V driving voltage.
  • Our piezoelectric PI atomizing plate provides:
             Average droplet size: 3.3 μm
             Proportion of particles smaller than 5 μm: over 65%
