Main Products：
We provide various ceramic materials for ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic welding, various sensors, hydroacoustic detection, actuators and multilayer actuators, ultrasonic water meter and ultrasonic gas meter transducers, and piezo-polyimide mesh for handheld medical nebulizers.
PZT 4 and PZT 8 series piezoelectric ceramics with grain size of 1~3 microns used for high power ultrasound. Porous (closed pore) PZT4 and PZT5 series piezoelectric ceramics are used for high sensitivity sensors for rain sound detection. PZT4 with a sintering temperature below 900 degrees and PZT5 piezoelectric ceramics with a sintering temperature below 880 degrees can significantly reduce the amount of palladium used in multilayer actuator electrode materials and save manufacturing costs. Ultrasonic water meter transducer with signal strength of more than 1200mv under 3.3V drive. Ultrasonic gas meter transducer with signal strength of more than 80mv under 3.3V drive. Our Piezo-PI mesh: The average spray particle size is 3.3 microns, and the proportion of particles below 5 microns is greater than 65%.
